Museo Civico di Zoologia natural history museum in Rome is located next to the Bioparko zoo. The museum was founded in 1932, some of its collections began in 1792.
There are 4 million specimens of molluscs, insects, mammals, birds and fossils at the museum. Visitors can also attend ZooLab and the museum library.
